One address, read by the people who built the app. No ticket numbers and no chatbot in front of it.
Email support@barbellbowl.com. We reply within two working days, usually the same day. There is no phone line and no live chat, because a small team doing both badly is worse than one channel done properly.
Any of these that apply will save a round trip:
You do not need to write a formal bug report. "Squat session from Tuesday shows the wrong weight" is a perfectly good message.
Tell us the food and the market you are in. Missing foods are the most common message we get and the easiest to fix; searches that find nothing are already recorded so we can see the pattern, but a note from you speeds it up. The same goes for a portion unit that is wrong for where you live: if a slice or a katori is the wrong size in your part of the world, say so, because that is a real bug and not a preference.
Send the screen and what you expected. Numbers in this app come from engines rather than from a language model, which means a wrong number is a reproducible bug with a cause, not a bad guess. Those get fixed.
If the one-time code is not arriving, check that the number you entered includes the country code, and give it a minute before requesting another. Repeated requests are rate limited, so asking five times in a row makes it slower rather than faster. If it still does not arrive, write to us with the number and we will look at the delivery log.
Deleting your account or getting an export is covered on the data deletion page. Cancellation and refunds are on the refunds page. If your question is about either and the page does not answer it, email us; we would rather fix the page than answer the same thing twice.
Send them. We will not promise a date and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we intend to build. The app is being built in the open, and a fair amount of what is in it came from somebody writing in to say that a thing did not work the way they train.
